Join us indoors in January for a review of our 2019 accomplishments and a discussion of what’s next in 2020 and beyond. What do you want to see? How did we do on the sections that are now on the ground or are in progress?
January 22 at 6:30 PM at MainStreet Bookends, 16 E Main St, Warner.
January 23 at 6:30 PM at Village Cafe, 11 W Main St, Bradford.
January 30 at 6:00 PM at Hopkinton Library, 61 Houston Dr, Contoocook.
(Check back for a Concord date. We are finalizing plans).
Please be sure to remind walkers that dogs need to be on a leash!! They also should be considerate of the mobile homes that back up to the trail on Fisherville and try and keep their voices down!
Thank you
Laurie,
I think since you posted this comment we’ve installed trail use signs that do say dogs should be on a leash. Please let us know if this is still an ongoing issue.
Just curious if any long trail sections are in the works or linking existing ones, love the trails! I’m just wishing they were a bit longer. Thanks and nice job on the ones currently completed.
We grow inch by inch. We are working on a section along Horse Hill Rd in Concord that will connect with the Mast Yard & Lehtinen Park. That could be a 2.4 mile to 3.0 mile section depending on how things go with landowner relations. Keep in mind all of this trail is on land owned by others. We work with landowners who choose to provide easements.
We are also working on a short section in Newbury starting in November of 2025.
